FAQ 1: Can I wire a push button along with the float switch to manually trigger a drain cycle?

FAQ Answers: Yes, you must use a momentary push button and wire it in parallel with the switch. Check your program guide to make sure you are wiring it to the correct switch.

FAQ 2: How can I mount this inside my enclosure?

FAQ Answers: You can use the self-adhesive feet that we include with each kit as standard. They clip into each of the 3mm  mounting hole on the board. alternatively, you can use 3mm screws (m3)

FAQ 3: Can I power my kit and pump from the same mains plug?

FAQ Answer: It’s important to know that the board needs a transformer because it takes in 12V DC. To safeguard your pump and kit, it is recommended that you implement fuses in the line. In contrast, it is feasible to activate the entire system simultaneously.

Board Input Voltage OptionsRequires input voltage of between 9 and 14 volts (can be linked directly to a 12V Lead-acid or lithium battery or PSU).
Float Switch PowerThe float switch will have the same as the board’s input voltage or lower put through it but only at a low amperage of around 5-25mA making it much safer than running for example mains voltage that close to water.

Switching Power (Amps)Up to 30 amps continuous on Normally Open (30A) at 250V AC, OR 30V DC.

Switch Response Time (ms)This board detects changes to the float switches immediately but may take a few seconds to decide whether to activate or change the state of the relay so responses may be between 0 and 5 seconds.
General FeaturesInput polarity protection, Flywheel, optically isolated float switch logic inputs for added protection, high quality, polarity LED and signal LED to indicate float state and power state. Less than 5 volts DC powers the float switch. The optical isolation on the float switch input prevents them from coming into contact with a high voltage.
Compatible withSelf standing no add-ons required but you are free to custom wire it to whatever you like (check safety first).
Special FeaturesIntelligent program, this board essentially looks at and decides what to do depending on the float switch state, rather than just relying on timers and interrupts.

    Product-wise, it works and is very easy to install. The response time is very accurate. Leaving home with this around is absolutely worry-free.
